Our Parent/Child Dedication celebrations are meant to serve as a way parents to begin thinking about what their child needs most—and we believe that is love. Yes, your love, but more importantly, the love of their heavenly Father. This celebration will enable parents to commit publicly to focus on spiritually developing their child while supporting their physical, social and academic developments.
Our hope is that through Parent/Child Dedication, parents will establish a commitment to raising their child to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. And not only that, but we want to partner with them in this endeavor; therefore we require parents to attend an Orientation session in preparation for the celebration event.
The event consists of a mandatory Orientation meeting – Saturday, May 8th – with the dedication ceremony on – Sunday, May 9th. Any parent with children of any age may participate.
