1. We Should Worship God Because of His Grace
A. Moses starts by reminding the Israelites they are about to enter into a situation where they will get blessing that they don’t deserve
a. We are no different
B. We have access to both common grace and saving grace
C. Grace should motivate us
2. We Should Worship God Because We Fear Him
A. Deuteronomy 6:13 is the last verse Jesus quoted when he was tempted
B. Two major aspect of fearing God:
a. Reverential Awe
b. Weight of God’s Holiness
3. We Should Worship God Because it is an Example of Obedience
A. An understanding of God’s character should lead us to obedience
B. An active faith helps us avoid idolatry
C. Worship is the only proper response to the gospel
