1. We Admit we were once at Risk
A. We show the next generation both authenticity and humility when we share that we
needed to be rescued
B. It must be known that it’s OK to not be OK!
2. We Share how God is our Rescuer
A. Moses says four distinct things about God:
1. He is our Deliverer
2. He is omnipotent
3. He is a Promise-Keeper
4. He is our Sustainer
3. We Share our Response and Explain the Result
A. God gives us the result before he lays out his requirement
1. That result is righteousness for us!
a. In the present – abundant life
b. In the future – eternal life
B. Our response is careful obedience
C. Our entire lives should be shaped by the gospel
